What are the power requirements  of T68 pedals?

All pedals are 9v centre negative only (standard pedal power supply).  There is no internal battery clip. 

How long will my preorder take to arrive?

I aim to get all preorders shipped within 4 weeks of closing orders, however it can take me up to 6 weeks if theres a lot of orders or theres delays with parts. On the flip side I often get them out early. Feel free to email me for an update.

Are taxes and duties included in the shipping fee?

UK - yes, you pay what you pay. 

USA - fees should be included in the shipping price. Please let me know if you incurr any charges as this shouldnt be the case. 

Everywhere else - the buyer is liable to pay any extra import fees, duties or taxes (if they occur that is!)

How do you post the pedals and how long do they take to arrive?

UK - Royal Mail tracked 24 - normally the next day after posting

Europe - International Tracked - 3-5 buisness days. 

Everywhere else - International Tracked - 6-7 business days. 

Do you make custom or bespoke pedals?

Yes, check out instagram and drop us an email or IG message. 

Help! My pedal isnt working, what do ?

No worries, get in touch, send it back to us and we will sort it no charge (unless its obvious that youve abused it, spilt something onto it or plugges the wrong power in!)

My pedal has some imperfections in the finish, is this normal?

Yes, unless stated otherwise, the pedals are finished using a waterslide decal and autograde clearcoat. This can sometimes lead to some small imperfections. Rock and Roll innit. 

We're looking into UV printed ones however..
